With the exception of one machine, our entire range of floor sanding machinery is made in Germany. This is the best machinery available to floor sanders today.
As well as being exceptional timber floor sanders, our equipment is designed to capture dust created during the sanding of timber flooring, minimizing dust created in your home.
How does this affect your timber floor?
We are able to provide a better level of finish than most because of the systems developed between the machines we use. Firstly, our large drum sander, which does most of the work, flattens the floor and removes a surface layer, exposing the natural beauty of the timber. One of our edging machines then does the same around the circumference of the floor. Sometimes this process has to be repeated, depending on the floor. Then the Trio finishing machine slowly works its way around the entire floor, leaving a consistently flat and smooth timber finish which can be emphasized during the coating process.
Many floor sanders do not use a Trio machine as it is costly to acquire and it does take a substantial amount of time to cover the entire floor slowly. However, not using a Trio finishing machine can often result in a poor quality finish and marks can be left in the floor by the heavier machines.
